Also known as the East Third Street Historic District, The Cannery sits in the heart of Dayton, in the center of a hub of technological innovation and progress.
Today, our six original buildings, which once housed businesses such as Lowe Brothers Paint, Boscul Coffee, Barney & Smith Car Co., and Keogh & Rike Parchment Paper, have been combined into two buildings featuring industrial-style loft apartments above retail businesses at street level.
High ceilings, exposed brick and ductwork, and expansive windows give each loft in our community its unique character. Combined with professional on-site management and maintenance, these features make Cannery a favorite community to call home in downtown Dayton.
