Also known as the East Third Street Historic District, The Cannery sits in the heart of Dayton, in the center of a hub of technological innovation and progress.

Today, our 6 original buildings that were home to businesses such as: Lowe Brothers Paint, Boscul Coffee, Barney & Smith Car Co. and Keogh & Rike Parchment Paper, and combined into 2 buildings with industrial style loft apartments sitting above retail businesses at street level.
